When applying for membership, users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including name, company name, website, country, city, email address and phone number where requested.
Fabriclook may contact applicants to verify their information before granting access to pricing, quotations, ordering functions or other restricted areas.

4. Product information and availability
Fabriclook aims to provide accurate product information, including fabric name, composition, width, weight, end uses, certificates, origin, images and washing instructions.
However, the user acknowledges that:
Fabric colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and production lots.
Fabric texture, hand feel, drape and finish may not be fully represented through digital images.
Technical values such as width and weight may be subject to standard textile tolerances.
Stock, deadstock and limited-availability fabrics may not be restocked once sold out.
Product availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Fabriclook.
Any product information published on the website is provided for general reference and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly confirmed in writing by Fabriclook.
5. Prices, quotations and orders
Prices may be visible only to approved users or provided upon request.
All prices, quotations, minimum order quantities, delivery terms, payment terms, taxes, duties, packaging costs and shipping costs must be confirmed by Fabriclook before an order becomes binding.
Fabriclook reserves the right to modify prices, product availability and commercial conditions at any time before order confirmation.
An order shall be considered accepted only when Fabriclook confirms it in writing, by email, invoice, pro forma invoice or any other written commercial confirmation.
Fabriclook may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, incorrect customer information, suspected fraud or any other legitimate business reason.
6. Samples, swatches and product evaluation
Where available, Fabriclook may provide samples, swatches or sample cuts to help customers evaluate fabric colour, texture, weight, quality and suitability.
Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only. A sample may not fully represent all variations of a production lot or stock quantity.
Customers are responsible for testing and verifying the suitability of fabrics before bulk purchase, cutting, dyeing, washing, printing, finishing or garment production.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking that the selected fabric is suitable for its intended use, including but not limited to garment production, upholstery, interior use, dyeing, printing, washing, finishing, certification requirements, safety requirements and market-specific labelling obligations.
Fabriclook is not responsible for production issues, cutting loss, colour mismatch, shrinkage, misuse, incorrect washing, incorrect finishing or incompatibility with the customer’s intended application where the customer has not carried out proper testing before use.
8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, shipping methods, transport costs and customs-related costs are provided only as estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing.
For products shipped internationally, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and local charges, depending on the agreed Incoterms and destination country.
Risk transfer, delivery responsibility and transport conditions shall be determined according to the commercial terms confirmed in the relevant order, invoice or written agreement.
9. Returns, claims and defects
Any claim concerning visible defects, wrong product, quantity discrepancy or transport damage must be notified to Fabriclook in writing within 3 days from delivery.
The customer must keep the goods unused, uncut, unwashed and in their original condition until Fabriclook has reviewed the claim.
Fabriclook may request photographs, videos, labels, packaging details, batch references or return of the goods for inspection.
No claim will be accepted for fabrics that have been cut, washed, dyed, printed, treated, processed or used in production, unless the defect could not reasonably have been discovered before processing.
For B2B transactions, returns are accepted only with prior written approval from Fabriclook.
10. Consumer rights
Fabriclook is primarily intended for professional and business customers.
Where Fabriclook sells to consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws shall apply, including the legal right of withdrawal where applicable.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions. The European Commission also confirms that EU online sellers must provide clear information about products, price, shipping costs and delivery time, and that consumers have cancellation rights for eligible online purchases.
From 19 June 2026, online traders selling to EU consumers may also need to provide an easily accessible electronic withdrawal function, such as a withdrawal button or link, where the legal right of withdrawal applies. Shopify’s EU compliance guidance also flags this requirement for merchants selling to EU consumers.
For made-to-order, custom-cut, personalised, processed or specially sourced fabrics, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited where permitted by applicable law.
